Poltrona Frau provides seats for new theater at MGM Cotai Resort

Poltrona Frau has designed and manufactured 2000 seats for the new MGM Cotai Resort theater in Macau (China).
The soon-to-open resort will feature Asia's first dynamic theater installed with the world's largest permanent indoor LED wall.
It will feature a giant 900-square-metre 4K or ultra HD LED screen – the size of three tennis courts – will offer audiences 28 million pixels of viewing pleasure and ultra-high-resolution live video streaming.
Designed by Montreal-based entertainment design firm Scéno Plus – creator of two permanent Cirque du Soleil theatres in Las Vegas – the new MGM theatre can seat up to 2,000 people and can be configured for different purposes and layouts, from concerts, fashion shows and movie premieres to talk shows, product launches, international DJ sessions, and much more.
The Poltrona Frau custom-made seats - with more than 10 different configurations - have special features such as the wooden back and armrests and are equipped with an aisle light on the side seating and push & pull cup holder.
