The iconic Componibili series by Kartell on display in Brussels

From 26 September 2017 to 29 January 2018, the ADAM- Brussels Design Museum hosts the exhibition A Tribute to Componibili, in collaboration with the Kartell Museo (Milan - Italy), celebrating the 50th Anniversary of the Componibili, a new type of furniture designed in 1967 by Anna Castelli Ferrieri.

Componibili were designed to meet different everyday needs and fit into every context within the home: from bathroom to kitchen, or from bedroom to living room.

The main feature of the Componibli system is the vertical assembly of individual pieces that, thanks to a simple plug-in system, make up practical container units.

Available in both round and square shapes, Componibili can also be mounted on wheels.

After being on show at the Museum of Modern Art in New York and at the Center George Pompidou in Paris, these furniture items are also being celebrated in Brussels coinciding with the Brussells Design Festival.

In the wake of Milan, News York and London, the Brussels exhibition is enriched with the Special Editions created by Belgian designers Xavier Lust and Muller Van Severen.
