We make deliveries to most countries of the world.
The quantification of shipping charges is carried out on the basis of the destination country and the weight/volume of the product. Any duties, customs fees, taxes, or any costs arising from quarantine or fumigation (as in the case of Australia) are not included in international deliveries, and therefore must be paid by the customer before delivery, unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing.
Only for those countries, where these charges can actually be calculated beforehand, we can provide an All Inclusive service (DDP - Delivered Duty Paid).
In the event that the order consists of several items, a single shipment will be effected once all the items are in stock, unless otherwise agreed.
Among the available options customers can also choose to collect the merchandise from our warehouse using their own trusted courier, in which case the quotation shall be "ex warehouse".
For all our deliveries we only use only companies specialized in the shipping of furniture and, as a further guarantee of the integrity of the product, we provide special wooden crates - custom built by our workshop - as additional protection.
Purchasers are also protected by an insurance policy that covers any possible damage to the merchandise caused by transport.
